🐾 Many thanks to Luke and his team for organising another great day at the Nayland 10k run, raising money for SESAW.
There was a positive buzz in the air as runners arrived to register at Little Garth School before completing the course through beautiful Constable countryside. They returned, hot but happy, to collect their medals and more bottled water. We snapped a few pictures of the runners and one of the Emergency Medical Doctors Service enjoying Vitalina’s delicious ice cream 😋
