Mountain

George had sadly lost his brother and was feeling sad – guinea pigs are social creatures and don’t like to be alone, so his owner came to SESAW to find him a new friend and we were happy to help.

George & Mountain

After a gradual introduction, our new arrival has got on very well with my pig, George and they now live together.

My granddaughter named the new pig ‘Mountain’ (because he’s brown on his bottom half and white on his top half). He’s tame enough now to come and take food from our hands. George is back to his old self after the loss of his brother and now he and Mountain ‘popcorn’ around the run together.
