Kenny’s March News

I had lots of cuddles when we visited the lovely people at Suffolk Life Pensions in Ipswich last month.   SESAW was one of three charities supported by the company last year.   As a result, Mum and Marian were presented with a cheque for £4109, a wonderful donation, while I received much attention from the staff.

The fundraisers enjoyed the occasion too because, as you probably know, animals are excellent stress busters.   Many universities, including University Campus Suffolk, arrange animal petting sessions to help students chill out whilst studying.   If you are looking for a pet to share your life, come and see the animals waiting for you at SESAW.

Now the weather is better, new volunteers are busy with outside maintenance, but we still need more people for animal care and fundraising.   Please leave a phone message if you are interested or visit one of our events.   Barbara is holding a Mad March Sale in the Stratford St.Mary Parish Room, 10am on 7th March.   Next is our Easter Fayre at Whatfield Village Hall, midday on 21st March.   Tables are still available at our Grand Table Sale in the Old School, Long Melford, 10-3pm on 12th April.   Phone 01206 263269 to book.
