his weekend would have been our well-loved annual fundraising Open Day and Fun Dog Show at SESAW. Sadly, this has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis.
While we are unable to hold this year’s Open Day event, instead, our amazing, dedicated volunteer Jeanette has organised an ‘open-air’ Tombola and Plant Sale on behalf of SESAW, adhering to the current government guidelines.
🌼🌸Please join us this Sunday 26th July from 11am – 3pm in the BUILDBASE Sudbury car park (Milner Road, CHILTERN IND EST, Sudbury, CO10 2XG) for the ‘new normal’ style of fairs. FREE ENTRY AND CAR PARKING ON-SITE. Our thanks to Martin BUILDBASE for the use of the car park. 🌻🌺
Please note, strict social distancing rules must be followed.
🐶🐱All funds raised will go towards the care of the animals at the Sanctuary, including life-changing and essential veterinary treatment, food supplies and medicines.🐰🦆

Next Sunday, 9th August there will be a “Sale Trail” 🐌 🐾 around Leavenheath, CO6 – all details on the poster below.
One of our fundraisers will be having a stall selling linens, jigsaws, books, jewellery, household items, china and much more and all proceeds will go to Sesaw. Sheila will also have some handmade, 3ply cotton masks, kindly made by volunteer Sharon. These can also be ordered by calling Jayne on 07720 079370.
Sheila’s stall will be on the High Road at the entrance to Orchard View, opposite the High Road end of Wrights Way, from 10am to 2pm.
Please pay her a visit and help raise funds for the animals 🐱🐶🐰🐹🦔🐓🦉🐾

Our indefatigable fundraisers will be at the Bridge Farm Barns Festive Fair on Saturday 14th November in Monks Eleigh, IP7 7AY. Sheila and Elaine have oodles of “CLASSY STUFF” and Jeanette will be running her TERRIFIC TOMBOLA!
If you have any last minute items that might suit either stall, please leave them, clearly marked “TOMBOLA” or ‘CLASSY’, at SESAW or phone 07881 785535 to arrange collection.
Meanwhile Sharon is busy making a pretty range of Christmas face masks, please phone Jayne on 07720 079370 to order.”

Weather and Covid restrictions permitting, one of our keen volunteers will be selling homemade cakes, knitted accessories and toys, dog/cat blankets and xmas masks outside Don Tyler & Son Opticians, Church Road, Tiptree. All money raised will go direct to Sesaw to help the animals through the winter months. Thank you for supporting us 🙂
