“This year we are supporting SESAW – Suffolk and Essex Small Animal Welfare, based in Leavenheath and run by volunteers. Fundraise at least £75 for SESAW and get one of our limited edition Nayland 10k running tops. You can find out more in the charity section of the website.”
“Event car park: Free car parking (CO6 4JL) near The Anchor Pub in Nayland – 5 mins walk to the Village Hall venue.
The runs will commence promptly, so please make sure you are at the start line in good time.

Sale will be open to the public from 10am to 3pm
Stallholders will have access to building between 8am and 4pm on the day. SORRY – STALLS NOW SOLD OUT!The venue is Long Melford Community Centre, The Old School, The Green, Long Melford, CO10 9DX.
Refreshments will be available from the kitchen during the sale.
Free car park at rear for stallholders. Free parking in adjacent public car park.
STRICTLY NO PARKING at front of building.Admission 50p adults/children free!
